Seafood Boil

Ingredients:    2 to 3  clusters of crab legs -7 minute boil

                      16 large shrimps clean and deveined -3 minute boil

                      12 scallops- 3 minute boil

                      12 mussels (optional)- 3 minute boil

                       2 corn on the cob nibblets - 25 to 30 minutes boil

                       2 medium size potatoes- 25 to 30 minutes boil

                       2 boiled eggs - 15 minute boil

                       3 tbs of  Sofrito Sauce

                       4 cloves of minced garlic

                       4  stick of butter

                       2 tbs of olive oil

                       1 tsp onion powder

                       1 tsp garlic powder

                       1 tsp sugar

                       2 tsp cajun seasoning

                       2 tsp parsley flakes

                       1/2 tsp paparika

                       1/4 black pepper

                       1/4 tsp sazon

                       1/4 tsp of Adobo seasoning

                       4  lemon wedges

Bring a small pot of water to a boil for your eggs. 2 eggs 15 minute boil. Once complete set aside and add then to your seafood boil tray.

Instructions:  Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Place corn on the cob nibblets and potatoes in the water and allow to cook for 25 to 30 minutes, once potatoes and corn nibblets are tender remove and place on the serving tray; then place crab legs in to the boiling water allow to boil for 7 minutes. Use a timer for the best cook time results; 4 minutes into crab leg cook time add the shrimps, scallops and mussels, cook for 3 minutes and remove and drain all seafood and place into the food tray with the corn and potatoes, and set aside. In a sauce pan over low to medium heat add and mix your butter, olive oil, minced garlic for 1 minute until the butter melts then add all of your spices and allow to cook for an additional minute, remove from the heat and add prepared seasoned butter sauce to the seafood thoroughly covering all of the seafood. Use the lemon wedges for squeezing on the meat. Serve and enjoy!

I love eating this with a side of white rice, yummy!
