Grilled Chicken - Pollo a la Parrilla/ Stove top

Ingredient List:    3 to 4 tbs of Throughmykitchen Seasoned Minced Garlic

                              3 large chicken breast ( boneless  and skinless ) 

                              3 tbs of olive oil ( reserve 2 tbs for skillet )

                              Pinch of Adobo Seasoning (optional)

                              1/2 tsp of dried oregano

                              1/4 tsp of black pepper

Instructions:   Wash and slice chicken breast to about 1/2 inch thick ( using a meat mallet ) pound to an even 1/2 inch thick and set aside. In a bowl mix all ingredients except for 2 tbs of olive oil. Mix well and add to the chicken cutlets, cover and place in the refrigerator for an hour to marinate. In a skillet add 2 tbs of olive oil at medium to high heat , allow skillet to heat before placing cutlet in. Add and cook chicken cutlets for 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Serve and enjoy!
